The Violation:
The Kepe family is cited for failure to landscape their front yard. In this high-end neighborhood, a yard in "bare dispair" brings the value of the other homes down. So Shirley and Michael move in to set the brakes on the negetive impact of this eyesore. The problems with the yard include:
Too many ground covers growing rampant and into each other.
A tree that is planted too close to the house and is growing into the eaves.
Dying plants.
Weeds.
No privacy from the neighbors.
