The Violation:
Homeowner Donna Eskra wins the prize for scariest yard on the block, hands down! Michael and I were not surprised to find that a pig lived in this house.... oh yeah, a pet pig named "Rudy" lived here too! Donna's yard was in such horrendous shape that she received "hate mail" from the neighbors. Lucky for Donna, her sister Gina was visiting from Tennessee and was on hand to help her. We busted her for:
- Laziness: Donna was so lazy, she left a lawnmower and old rusty bicycle out on the lawn for over a year! Both were "rooted" to the overgrown lawn and weeds. Needless to say, she didn't use them.
- Endangerment: Donna let her prickly roses grow onto the entry walkway, and there were "caves" of shrubs that I almost got lost in! This was especially dangerous for my partner, Michael who had no trouble finding something to trip on in this yard!
- Abandonment: The worst crime of all..it was hard to keep my composure. Decaying plants all over the place, dead plants, overgrown shrubs swallowing up the house. Nightmare.
