The Violation: Finding the culprit for this yard's horrible condition wasn't easy since the house is a rental property and has passed hands from occupant to occupant through the years. Michael and I decided to bust everyone related to the property including new tenants, Gary Viero and Christine Gallagher as well as the homeowner, Katherine Damavandi. The violations? Dead lawn,no irrigation system, no landscaping, bland and ugly walkway, and house that looks like a brown paper bag. Uuuugly!
