The Violation:
Lisa Yaremchuk is vivacious and friendly, but her yard sure isn't! A busy business woman, Lisa does a lot of traveling and while she is away her yard has taken on a life of its own- and its not a pretty one! A giant cactus has taken over the parkway and has become the menace of the neighborhood. Shirley and Michael site her for the following issues:
- Dead grass and plants
- Overgrown trees near the front of the house
- Palm tree roots growing into her house
- No color, no design, no style
- Giant redwood tree planted in the parkway- bad plant siting.
