The Violation:
Homeowners Ernie and his son Kirk have all sorts of problems in their front yard- dirt mounds that look like ant hills, dangerous open trenches with exposed pipe, dead bushes, poor use of planters and overgrown plants near the entry. We cited them for:
- Bad Priorities: They worked on the inside of the house and left the front yard a mess!
- Endangerment: No one is safe in this yard - open trenches are a hazard!
- Unnecessary Embarrassment: Ernie and Kirk's yard is an embarrassment to the neighbors. When your yard is a disaster, it affects everyone!
