Notes: A nice fruit tree and some scattered shrubs, vegetables, groundcover and very unhealthy lawn comprised the yard before the makeover. I put Martine Henry (the wife who was surprising her husband and kids) on a strict watering and fertilizing regimen to get the grass in shape for her new landscape and for son, Andrew to play on . She did her job! Plant pallet included blooming red Flower Carpet rose trees to continue the rhythm of red color as an accent throughout the design, glistening ornamental grass for movement, low-growing lavenders and a variety of complimentary perennials.
